This counts listing churn, which is entering and leaving the discovery catalogue, and not settlement activity. A seller that stops listing may keep settling, and a seller that lists may never settle at all. The figures count events between consecutive snapshots, so a seller that leaves and returns within the window is counted each time.

The catalogue record starts when this measurement began storing it. Sellers that appeared and left before that are outside the count, so the total is a floor on how many have ever listed.
